On Sunday, August 26, a gathering at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Hilton marked the milestone birthday of Kay Fraser with song and cake. On August 27, the Ogden Seniors group celebrated her 100th birthday with her at the senior center. She worked at the center up until age 92 and she still participates twice a week in programs. “Everybody loves her!” said one senior center volunteer.
