Woodcarvers Group: Wednesdays from 9:30 a.m. to noon. Bring your latest project and join us. Beginners welcome. Call Lynn at 594-5748 with questions.

Stretch and Strengthen: Agape Physical Therapy offers a free stretch program Tuesdays at 3 p.m. (first Tuesday of the month), and at 1:30 p.m. on the others.

Farewell Summer Picnic: Wednesday, September 5 at 11:30 a.m. at Black Creek Park, Woodside Lodge. $10 per person, tickets must be purchased in advance.

For Train Lovers: A trip to St. Johns Meadows to see train display. Have lunch with the seniors. Wednesday, September 12, 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. $3 per person.

Sunset Kayaking: Wednesday, September 19 at Braddock's Bay. Depart the center at 2 p.m. and return by 6 p.m. A picnic supper will be included. Cost is $20 per person.

Camp Eastman Oktoberfest! Senior Day is Friday, September 21. Depart the center at 11:15 a.m. Enjoy authentic German food and music by the Stratton Mountain Boys. Admission and bus cost is $6 per person. Meal ticket costs are extra and can be ordered in advance to avoid the lines.

Apple Picking at Whittier Farms - Friday, September 28 at 1 p.m. at the farm. Wagon ride to the orchard to pick apples. $2 per person for the wagon ride.

Mt. Hope Cemetery Walking Tour: Wednesday, October 3. Leave the center at 9:30 a.m. and return by 12:30 p.m. Guided tour, and a chance to see and visit some famous graves. $5 per person. Sign up early.

Pizza and Bingo Night: Wednesday night, 4:30 p.m. for pizza and salad. Purchase and play unlimited boards. Cost for the dinner is $5 per person. Register in advance.

Jam and Jelly Making: Thursday, October 4 at 1 p.m. $10 per person which includes all supplies. Sign up early as this class is limited to ten people.

Scrapbooking Fun: Learn how to organize photos. Four week session on Fridays, starting October 5 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. $12 per person, plus the cost of supplies. Register in advance.

"Oktoberfest" at the Old Library in Olean, New York, Wednesday, October 10. Depart the center at 7:30 a.m. Two hour tour of Alleghany State Park, Oktoberfest Buffet, musical talents of the Bearmeister Trio. Short stop on the way home to Chili. Return to the center around 5:30 p.m. Cost of this day trip is $75 per person. Register early.

Harvest Breakfast: Friday, October 12 at 9 a.m. $3.50 per person. Bingo afterwards. Sign up in advance.

Apple Pie Party: Friday, October 19 at 12:30 p.m. $2 per person. Purchase tickets at the Senior Center.

Euchre Tournament: Saturday, October 20. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. and game play starts at 10 a.m. Registration fee is $2 and must be paid in advance. $6 cash will be due at the door, which will be used for prize money.
