HAST invites new swimmers

The Hilton Area Swim Team (HAST) invites new swimmers to a free two-week trial period from September 10 to September 21. HAST is a non-profit, parent-run, age-group competitive swim team consisting of swimmers ages 5 and up.

Swimmers learn and/or perfect the four Olympic strokes - freestyle, back, breast, and butterfly taught by certified coaches. HAST practices 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Merton Williams Middle School Pool.
