Church celebrates with open house

On Sunday, September 23, the First Congregational United Church of Christ in Spencerport welcomes singer and songwriter Bill Welch to participate in the service. Welch, who is from Rochester, is renowned for his spiritually uplifting music.

The church welcomes all to workship and to attend the annual Open House.

Visit the Sunday School and see a project that each class has prepared; look for the answers to a scavenger hunt; make ice cream sundaes; play a game of Jeopardy (for the adults); and enjoy refreshments.

Known as the White Church, The First Congregational Church is located at 65 Church Street in the village of Spencerport (behind the Post Office). Service starts at 10:15 a.m. Sundays.
