The fourth annual Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety Poster Contest is being sponsored by the Walk, Bike Brockport Action Group in October and November.

As a way to encourage individuals to review the rules for pedestrian and bicycle safety, the group is sponsoring a poster contest in grades K-5. Posters, which depict a bicycle or pedestrian safety rule in action, will be judged, based on each poster's 1effectiveness in portraying the safety rule.

Judges will award prizes at each grade level, and winners will be announced on November 16. Winning entries will be displayed in the Brockport Village Office and the Sweden Town Hall.

The Walk, Bike Brockport Action Group encourages parents, teachers and all community members to review walking and biking safety rules often.
