•Graf, Theodore (Ted) J. Sr., October 3, 2007, at the age of 99. Predeceased by his wife Ruth E. Carpenter, son Theodore "Topper" J. Jr., son-in-law Robert McPhillips, grandson Kevin McPhillips and great-granddaughter Lynn Graf. Survived by his daughter, Sandra "Sandy" McPhillips; sons Richard Sr. "Dick" and Gary Lynn (Kathy); daughter-in-law Barbara Graf; nine grandchildren, Daniel (Elizabeth) Graf, Michelle (Jeffrey) Mank, Ingrid (Michael) Weiner, Pamela (Todd) Hogan, Rick Jr. (Elizabeth) Graf, Hank (Sue) Graf, Dina Jo (Wally) Knoedl, Tania Graf, Kevin Graf; 20 great-grandchildren; nephew, Father William Graf; nieces, Jeannie (Robert) Coffey, Marjorie (Jerry) Brown and Lynne (Tom) Marcisofsky. Ted was a WWII Navy Veteran, a member of the Brockport VFW Post, Fireman's Exempt Association, Brockport Hook and Ladder Fire Department and the Brockport Elks Club.

Funeral Services were held October 10 at the Fowler Funeral Home, Inc., Brockport. Private interment. Contributions can be made to Mercy Flight or a charity of one's choice in his memory.

•Hovey, Anna M., September 28, 2007, at the age of 89. Predeceased by her husband, Earl. Survived by her children Howard (Karen), Margaret (Ken) Piasecki, Larry (Marietta), Richard (Linda); 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; sisters, Daisy Freeman, Valentine Humes; brother, Michael (Marsha) Glever; several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service was held October 8 at the Fowler Funeral Home, Inc., Brockport. Private interment. Contributions can be made to the Greece Baptist Church in her memory.

•Lesslie, Antoinette M. "Toni," October 1, 2007, age 83. Predeceased by her mother, Anna Amico; and brother, Fritz Amico. Loving mother of Laura (Roger) Biddle, Tyler (Nancy), Heath (Susan); devoted grandmother of Elizabeth, Alexandra, Trevor and Samantha; sister of Clara Amico and Victoria Hunter; sister-in-law of Loretta Amico; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Memorial Mass was celebrated October 6 at the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, Brockport. Contributions can be made to the Paul Yu Heart Center at Strong Memorial Hospital, Box 679, 601 Elmwood Avenue, Rochester 14642 in her memory.

•Wood, Ellis A. "Buddy," October 8, 2007. He is survived by his loving wife Mary Lou; children, Bill (Diane), Charlene (Scott) Birnie, Dianne (Jim) Bochsler, Wendy (Richard) Applegate, Cheri (Scott) Mercer; 11 grandchildren; brother, Chuck (Lois); sister, Barb (John) Spamer; several nieces, nephews and dedicated friends.

A Memorial Service was held October 12 at the Brockport Conservation Club. Interment held privately. Contributions can be made to the Alzheimers Association in his memory.

BYRON

•Haefele, H. Arlene, October 5, 2007. She is survived by her sons, Daniel (Debbie), Matthew (Kathleen), Stephen (Sharon); grandchildren, Matthew Sean and Mitchell Ryan.

A Memorial Service was held October 8 at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, Hilton. Contributions can be made to Crossroads Hospice, 11 Liberty Street, Batavia 14021 in her memory.

CHURCHVILLE

•Alhart, William F. "Bill," October 4, 2007 at age 62. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Kathleen E. (Sheflin)Alhart; his children, Harley Alhart, Laura Camp and Mary Beth Alhart; grandchildren, Tyler, Julia and William; his brother, David Alhart; several in-laws, nieces, nephews and many dear and close friends.

A Funeral Mass was said October 9 at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, Brockport. Interment, Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Brockport. Contributions can be made to Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church in his memory.

CLARENDON

•Breeze, William L., Age 76, died October 5, 2007 after a long illness of cancer. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Carolyn; sister-in-law Marilyn Orman of Florida; brothers Don (fianceé Carrie) of Brockport, Ray (Donna) of Colorado; sisters, Betty (Bud) Ohlinger of Florida, Audrey (Don) Davis of North Carolina; nephew Richard (Debbie) Lang of Oklahoma; nieces Debbie (Darryl) Prince of Hamlin, Kathy (Church) Crassi of Bergen; sister-in-law Helen Breeze of Brockport; cousin Keith Gilman of Brockport; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, neighbors and friends.

Funeral Services were held October 8 at the Fowler Funeral Home Inc., Brockport. Private interment. Donations can be made to PAWS in Albion or to the Orleans County Hospice in his memory.

HAMLIN

•Kirk, Stephen K., October 6, 2007, age 56. Predeceased by his brother, Richard. Survived by his special friend and companion, Jean Skillings. Stephen was a wonderful musician and a kind person.

No prior calling. Interment will be private. Contri-butions can be made to the Open Door Mission in his memory.

•Rose, Herbert J., age 68, October 1, 2007. Survived by three sons, Terrance, Herbert Jr., Jeffrey R., all of California; step-son, Jon Harvey of California; step-daughter, Dawn (Rich) Swanger of Kendall; three brothers, David (Joy), George (Cheryl), Timothy (Marilyn Rowell); and four grandchildren.

Funeral Services were held privately. Contributions can be made to St. John Lutheran Church, Hamlin or to a charity of one's choice in his memory.

OGDEN

•Orser, Florence B. (Fleth) (Thompson), October 3, 2007, at age 99. Predeceased by her husband W. Donald Orser. She is survived by her children, Janet (David) Fleth, David (Edna) Orser, Inez Anderson; her grandchildren, Donald (Sharon) Orser, Linda (Marshall) Thompson, Thomas (Laurie) Orser, Edward (Linda) Fleth and William (Georgia) Orser; 20 great-grandchildren; also Paul, Jason and Amanda Gilmore. Florence worked 17 years as Resident Director at Houghton College in Houghton, NY and 17 years as a volunteer in the Churchville-Chili Elementary School District.

Funeral Services were held October 6 at Walker Brothers Co. Funeral Home Inc., Spencerport. Interment, Riverside Cemetery. Contributions can be made to the Open Door Mission or Greater Rochester Youth for Christ in her memory.

SPENCERPORT

•Aures, Glenn Louis Sr., September 30, 2007 at age 81. He is survived by his loving wife, Marjorie Aures; children, Bonita Aures, Linda (Tom) Harissis, Glenda (Kim) Williams, Glenn (Mary) Aures Jr., Marsha (Doug Anderson) Aures; his beloved grandchildren who gave his so much pleasure, Michael Martuscello, Mark, Alan, Lindsay Harissis, Keith, Aron Williams, Glenn Aures III, Wendy (Ryan) Marlatt; great grandchildren, Michelle Martuscello, Lucas Marlatt; brother, Clyde Aures; sister-in-law, Carole (Robert) Blandford; nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and loving friends, especially Lana, Sydni, Alexandra, Bailey, Danielle and Corrine. Glenn was a WWII Naval Submarine Veteran, USS Flounder SS-251. He was a life member of Navy Club of Lake Ontario Ship 1812, an Eastman Kodak retiree and a Registered Diver with the Sheriff of Erie County.
