The Clarkson Historical Society’s 12th Annual Cursive Handwriting Contest received many excellent entries from students in Albion, Brockport, Clarkson, Hamlin, Hilton, Holley, Kendall,
Naples, Pittsford, and Spencerport. The entries received were all well written, making it a very challenging job for the judges: Carole Linenfelser, Pam Mercer, and Leanna Hale.
The 2026 contest winners are:
- 4th and 5th Grade Category: first place, Charlotte Kopaczewski; second place, Evelyn Consagra; third place, Scarlett Sietmann.
- Middle School Grade Category: first place, Olivia Thrall; second place, Clara Cotturone; third place, Faith Rosenbaum.
- High School Category: first place, Anna Sietmann; second place, Hudson Russo; and third place, Aryn Hodges.
