The Greece Public Library held a Blanket Bee on February 21 in support of the Share & Care initiative with ROC Made With Love. These beautiful, handmade pieces will soon bring warmth and comfort to members of our community thanks to everyone who stitched, donated squares, and helped assemble the blankets.
Do you knit? Crochet? Sew? Embroider? Why stitch alone at home when you can gather at the library with other like-minded crafters during the Sip & Stitch program? There are two sessions available in April, from 2:30 to 4 p.m. on April 6th and 15th. Hot beverages will be provided to sip; you bring a project you’re working on. Get to know the other crafters in the community, and maybe even pick up a new tip or trick from someone. All skill levels are welcome.
