At its April 28 meeting, the Churchville-Chili Board of Education appointed Hannah Hill as Assistant Principal at Churchville Elementary School and Samuel Consagra as Assistant Principal at Fairbanks Road Elementary School. Both will start on July 1, 2026.

Mrs. Hill is an elementary teacher at William C. Munn Elementary School in the Spencerport Central School District. She has nearly 20 years of experience as an elementary educator and has worked on special assignments as an MTSS Coach and Instructional Specialist during her time at Spencerport.

She has a Bachelor of Science in Childhood and Special Education from Keuka College and a Master’s Degree in Deaf Education from McDaniel College.

Mrs. Hill is a graduate of Churchville-Chili and currently lives in Spencerport with her husband and three children.

“I am excited to be returning ‘home’ to Churchville-Chili and feel so grateful for the opportunity to serve a community I value so deeply,” said Mrs. Hill. “I look forward to connecting with the students, staff, and families that make CES such a special place and contributing to Churchville’s continued excellence in this role!”

“Mrs. Hill brings a wealth of instructional expertise, leadership experience, and a personal connection to our district,” said Superintendent Carmine Peluso. “As a proud graduate of Churchville-Chili, her return is especially meaningful, and we are confident she will be a strong advocate for students, staff, and families as she steps into her role as CES assistant principal.”

Mr. Consagra is a Project Implementation Coordinator at the Rochester International Academy in the Rochester City School District. He previously worked for the school as an Administrative Intern for the Building Principal, a member of the School-Based Planning Team, and an English as a New Language Teacher.

He has a Bachelor of Arts in History from SUNY College at Geneseo, a Master of Science in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) Education from the University of Rochester, and a Master of Advanced Study in Educational Leadership from SUNY College at Brockport.

“I’m excited and honored to join the Churchville-Chili Central School District and become part of the Fairbanks Road Elementary School community,” said Mr. Consagra. “Throughout my career, I’ve seen how important strong relationships are to student growth, and I look forward to working with students, staff, and families to build a supportive, consistent environment where every child can succeed.”

“Mr. Consagra brings a strong commitment to building relationships and supporting all learners, informed by his experience as a former English as a New Language teacher,” said Superintendent Carmine Peluso. “We are excited to welcome him to Fairbanks Road and are confident he will be a thoughtful, inclusive leader for our students, staff, and families.”
