Funds Raised Support BCSD Students
Brockport BEST Education Foundation is holding its “Gathering for Good” Annual Dinner on Wednesday, October 14, at Whitehall Mansion, 3845 Lake Road North, Brockport.
BEST stands for Building Excellence in Students Today, and the foundation supports Brockport Central School District students by providing financial resources to enhance existing programs and activities and create new educational opportunities.
The evening begins at 6 p.m. with mansion tours, appetizers, and cocktails, followed at 7 p.m. by a buffet dinner catered by Farmhouse Table Food. Entrees include salmon, chicken, and vegetarian lasagna. JoJo’s Bake Shop will prepare apple crisp for dessert with apples donated by the Young Orchard. The event will also include raffle baskets and activities, along with a celebration of student success.
Tickets are $125 per person and can be reserved online through September 30 at BrockportBEST.org/new-events-1.
Brockport BEST welcomes donations of any amount to help support BCSD students, and donations of $125, whether monetary or by the donation of a raffle basket for the dinner, will be recognized in the “Gathering for Good” dinner program if made by September 30.
