An information/interested survey for the 2027-2028 Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) program will be mailed to students/parents in the Brockport Central School District’s student database on November 13, 2026. The goal is to include all district families. All families in the district are asked to complete the Household Information Form, if they have not already done so, by October 30, 2026. This will enable the Office of Registration to enter family data into the student management system and ensure all families receive all mailings pertaining to the 2027-2028 UPK program. The Household Information Form may be found on the district website (bcs1.org), under the Registration tab.
Please print, complete, and return the form in one of the following ways:
- Fax to 585-637-1899
- Scan and email to registrar@bcs1.org
- Mail to Office of Registration, 40 Allen Street, Bldg. #100, Brockport, NY 14420
- Drop the form(s) off in the drop box at the Administration Building; doors are open from 8
a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Call the office at 585-637-1857 to make an appointment to bring the documentation into the office Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. (an appointment is required)
- If you have a smartphone, you may take a picture of the documentation and email it to registrar@bcs1.org
