Spencerport Fire Department elects officers for 2021
The Spencerport Volunteer Firemen’s Association has elected our slate of Line and Civil officers for 2021.
The line officers, elected to a one year term, are Fire Chief Tom Clark, Deputy Fire Chief Mitch Flagg, and Assistant Fire Chiefs Bill Hallinan and Tod Ritzenthaler. Captains serving in the coming year are Jake Bromage, Joe Barretta, and Tom Meier. Fire Lieutenants Doug McPherson, Jorge Magin, and TJ Sercu round out the line division.
Civil officers serving the Association’s Board of Directors are President Chris Damon, First Vice President Adrian DeJesus, and Second Vice President Aaron Baker. Each of the Presidents will serve a one year term. The Directors elected are Jim Barton, Phil Sperandio, and Mike Magin.
Jason Rampello served for three years as President and was a board member for several years before that as a Director and Vice President. The Association members thank Jason for his dedication and stellar leadership of the organization, most certainly during 2020, when we were faced with the cancellation of our annual carnival, one of our largest fundraisers.
As we round out 2020 and look forward to better days and months ahead, we would be remiss if we didn’t acknowledge all of you that were so very generous during our annual fund drive. We quite simply can’t thank you enough. We appreciate you and are proud to serve this great community.
Always here, always ready, your fire department is but one call to 911 away.
Thank you, truly from each and every one of your volunteer firefighters.
Stephen P. Cusenz, Secretary
