Free concerts at the Great New York State Fair

Founded in 1841, the Great New York State Fair showcases the best of New York agriculture, provides top-quality entertainment and promotes tourism. The 2022 Fair runs from August 24 to September 5 in Syracuse. 

Several nationally-known artists from various musical genres are scheduled to perform as part of the Fair’s Chevrolet Music Series. Concerts are free to attend with Fair admission, and are sponsored by Chevrolet. 

Chevrolet Music Festival concerts announced to date include: 

•Jimmie Allen, August 24, 6 p.m.

•Chevelle, August 24, 8 p.m.

•The Art of Rap featuring Ice-T, August 25, 8 p.m.

•Niko Moon, August 26, 6 p.m.

•Foreigner, August 28, 8 p.m.

•Boyz II Men, August 29, 8 p.m.

•Nelly, August 31, 8 p.m.

•Riley Green, September 1, 8 p.m.

•Tai Verdes, September 2, 1 p.m.

•Gin Blossoms, September 2, 6 p.m.,

•24KGoldn, September 2, 8 p.m.

•COIN, September 3, 2 p.m.

•Dropkick Murphys, September 3, 8 p.m.

•Night Ranger, September 5, 4 p.m.
