The Sweden Town Board has ordered new Welcome signs for the four main routes into the Town: on Fourth Section Road near the Town of Clarendon border; on Brockport Spencerport Road near the Town of Ogden border; on Lake Road South near the Town of Bergen border; and at the intersection of Sweden Walker Road and East Avenue which is the border with the Town of Clarkson.
The current signs have deteriorated since their installation just prior to the Town’s 2014 bicentennial celebration. The new signs will still feature the bicentennial seal. Installation of the new signs will take place this summer.
