Hilton won the Class A Winter Cheerleading Sectional Championship on February 17. The Cadets earned the highest score of the session, scoring an 86.95 to beat Fairport who came in second. Coach Shelly Caamano was named Coach of the Year and Marina Panepinto received the Nancy Saxton Leadership Award. The Cadets will represent Section V at the NYS Cheerleading Championships on March 2 in Binghamton.
