In addition to raising over $2,000 for Golisano Children’s Hospital this holiday season, the Howard Hanna Spencerport branch purchased pies from Special Touch Bakery to give back to the Spencerport community.
Special Touch Bakery is a non-profit agency that provides training and employment in the community to teens and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. All proceeds benefit Holy Childhood, a non profit, non-denominational agency.
Recipients of the gifted pies included, Spencerport High School families in need, Eagle Star Veterans Home, Aurora House, Ogden’s fire, police, and ambulance, Ogden Farmers’ Library and many more.
