CNB announces retirement and new manager

Canandaigua National Bank & Trust (CNB) announces the retirement of Community Office Manager – Farmington Branch, Mark Allman, and the appointment of Chris Guck as his successor, effective January 1, 2021.

Mark Allman is retiring with over forty-five years served in the banking industry.  He joined CNB in 2003 with a history of successful branch management, including developing several bank branches from the ground up.   He earned his degree from Monroe Community College and was a member of the Farmington Chamber of Commerce.

Chris Guck joined CNB in August of 2020 as an Assistant Vice President. He brings over 12 years of experience, most recently as Financial Center Manager at Bank of America, to his managerial role in Farmington.   Guck has spent this past fall getting to know Farmington and building new connections within the community.  He is “thrilled to be working for a community bank that really focuses on the needs of each customer.”   Guck lives with his wife and three daughters, and enjoys camping, fishing and watching baseball in his free time.
