Canandaigua National Bank & Trust announces Arthur S. Hamlin Award recipient
Canandaigua National Corporation (CNC) awarded Jeffrey Holman with the 2020 Arthur S. Hamlin Award for Excellence. Each year the bank recognizes the outstanding contributions of one of its employees to receive the honor. The award is named for Canandaigua National Bank & Trust’s past President, CEO, and Chairman Arthur S. Hamlin.
The ASH Award is awarded to an employee who exemplifies the core values and characteristics of the man for whom the award is named:

Holman started his career at CNB in 2010 as a Teller. In 2011, he moved to Banking Operations and became a Loan Operations Supervisor in 2016. He was recently promoted to Bank Officer and Loan Operations Assistant Manager. Holman proved to be integral to the successful administration of over 4,000 Paycheck Protection Program loans to businesses that needed financial assistance during the COVID-19 pandemic. In his everyday actions, Jeffrey Holman displays CNC’s core values: Honesty and Integrity, Teamwork, Innovation, Responsibility, Professionalism, Commitment, and Respect.
Holman is a 2018 graduate of Keuka College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management. He has also completed the CNB Thrive Leadership Program and the Dale Carnegie: Skills for Success Program. He currently serves as Treasurer for The Haven Baptist Fellowship and volunteers at Waterloo Baptist Church. Holman resides in Waterloo with his wife, Jessica.
