CNB announces retail promotions

Canandaigua National Bank & Trust (CNB) has promoted Community Office Managers Michelle Stevens, Gail Bellucco, Amy Flaitz, Selvia Hanna, Carol Love, Chris Pedrone, Javier Quintana, Kimberly Sorel, and Sue Wedgwood to Vice President. 

Michelle Stevens, Community Office Manager, Brockport, came to CNB from Bank of America in 2016 and started at the Irondequoit office as a Financial Services Representative. In 2017, she was promoted to Community Office Manager of the Mendon location. Stevens had a temporary assignment of Community Office Manager at the Greece Ridge Office before moving to Community Office Manager at the Brockport Office in 2020.

Gail Bellucco, Community Office Manager, Irondequoit, joined CNB in 2014 as a Financial Services Representative in Webster Baytowne, then quickly moved to the role of Community Office Assistant Manager. Gail has managed the Community Office in Irondequoit since 2015.

Amy Flaitz, Community Office Manager, Victor, began at CNB in 2007 as a part-time Teller. In 2013, she was named Community Office Assistant Manager of the Brighton Office and shortly thereafter moved to the Manchester-Shortsville Office to assume the Community Office Manager role. In 2019, she was selected to be the Community Office Manager at the Victor Office.

Selvia Hanna, Community Office Manager, Alexander Park, started her career at CNB in 2009 as a part-time Float Teller. Hanna has held the position of Financial Services Representative at the Jackson Ridge Office and Alex Park. In 2015, she was promoted to Community Office Assistant Manager of Alex Park, then named Community Office Manager of that location in 2016.

Carol Love, Community Office Manager, Henrietta, began her career with CNB in 2005 as a part-time Teller in the Baytowne Office. In 2007 she was promoted to Financial Services Representative at Alex Park where she then was promoted to Community Office Assistant Manager in 2013, followed by Community Office Manager in 2015. In 2016, she was selected to manage the Henrietta Community Office.

Chris Pedrone, Community Office Manager, Perinton, started his career in financial services as a bank teller in 1985. He began his tenure with CNB in 2012 as the Perinton Community Office Manager and has continued to positively serve that community.

Javier Quintana, Community Office Manager, College Town, came to CNB in 2007 as a Financial Services Representative in the Henrietta Office. He was promoted to Community Office Manager of the Alex Park Office in 2011 and then was selected as Community Office Manager of the College Town Office at the time of its opening in 2015.

Kimberly Sorel, Community Office Manager, Lakeshore Office, joined CNB in 2006 as a Float Teller. In 2008 she was promoted to Financial Services Representative for the opening of the Henrietta Office. In 2009 she was promoted to Assistant Community Office Manager at the opening of the Alex Park Office. Sorel moved to the Lakeshore Community Office Assistant Manager in 2013 and was promoted to Lakeshore Community Office Manager in 2015.

Sue Wedgwood, Community Office Manager, Chili, came to CNB in 2010 and began her career as Assistant Manager at the Penfield Office. She was promoted to Community Office Manager of the Chili Office in 2011 and has served that community since that time.
