CountryMax Welcomes Pet Month with 10 Percent Savings
Shop the local, family-owned retailer on Monday, May 2 for 10 percent savings on pet food and supplies.
May is national pet month, which makes it a great time to stock up on pet food, supplies and extras. Countering a one-day pet promotion being tested online by Amazon, area CountryMax Stores are kicking off pet month with a big day of their own — ten percent savings across nearly all pet categories.
The popular regional pet supply store is rolling out these flash savings on food, training tools, leashes, collars, toys, health and safety products, plus much more. Customers can shop online or in one of the 18 stores across Upstate New York.
Furthermore, at CountryMax, you can do something you definitely can’t do online. “We’re fortunate to have a passionate and loyal local customer base,” says Brad Payne, director of sales. “When the whole world is seemingly buying online or from big box stores, we thought we could capitalize on an opportunity to show some more appreciation to customers who keep it local and shop at CountryMax. On top of that, if you’re shopping for a dog bring them in to get a free treat and a trip out of the house – we love to see them and it’s an experience you won’t get shopping online!”
Unlike the Amazon’s matrix of products and discounts, CountryMax keeps it simple: Ten percent off pretty much everything for pets. The only significant exclusions are livestock (including chicks, which are already discounted right now), equine supplies, and a few specialty items. See store for specific restrictions.
CountryMax Stores open at 8AM on Monday, May 2, and the doors stay open till 7PM. Of course, shoppers who really want to buy online can get the 10% savings at countrymax.com and until midnight on Monday.
“We want to thank our customers – and reward them – for staying local and staying loyal,” adds Payne. “Pet month is here and pets love coming to CountryMax.”
