Chamber Announces 2023 Small Business of the Year

Each year, the Greece Regional Chamber of Commerce and Presenting Sponsor, Genesee Regional Bank (GRB), recognize exceptional businesses whose innovative approach to business deserves special recognition – businesses who go above and beyond to serve their clientele and business owners whose fervor for running a business is rivaled only by their willingness to serve their community.

The Chamber’s Small Business Awards Luncheon, held in December 2023, recognized 2023 Small Business of the Year Doc’s Facilities Solutions and 2023 Microenterprise of the Year Simple Tech Innovations, along with 2023 awards finalists BTB Wood Fired Pizza & Grill, Fabulous Flowers & Gifts, Greece Pediatric Medicine, and Renaissance Academy Charter School for the Arts.

Community residents are encouraged to submit nominations for a business or organization that is deserving of recognition in 2024 by Friday, March 15, 2024. Eligible applicants will be judged on the following: business history and performance, staff training and motivation, community involvement, customer service, and business strategies and goals.

Eligibility and selection criteria are detailed on the nomination form.
 
Nominations, including supplemental information requested of nominees, will be reviewed by the Chamber’s Small Business Awards Committee. The Chamber will be recognizing finalists and announcing the awardees in the fall of 2024.
