Club President John Egan recognized Bryan O’Donovan, administrator of operations at Strong West, for the work done to ready the Urgent Care facility and make its many components operational (the latter include imaging and laboratory services several days per week through URMC).
Staff from URMC continue to see patients in their Brockport offices in the areas of cardiology, urology, orthopedics (and rehabilitation), neurosurgery.
The ambulatory Surgical Center was approved by the state in February and some surgeries are already taking place there. O’Donovan said he looks forward to the future opening of the Emergency Unit.
