The Spencerport Community Chorus presents “A Touch of Broadway and More” on Saturday, April 5 at 7 p.m. and again on Sunday, April 6 at 3 p.m.
Both concerts will be held at the Spencerport Wesleyan Church, 2653 Nichols Street (Route 31), Spencerport.
The 40 voice chorus, directed by Margaret Page Colucci and accompanied by pianist Margaret Johnson, is celebrating 33 years of performing for the public. Members of the chorus are from Spencerport and surrounding areas. Everyone is invited to attend one of these concerts which feature music from Gershwin, Rodgers and Hammerstein, Cole Porter, “For Good” from the show “Wicked.” “In Whatever Time We Have” from “Children Of Eden,” Chopin’s “Festival Gloria,” and other pieces.
Concerts are free. Donations are appreciated. The church is handicapped accessible. Free refreshments follow each concert.
