Local Women Getting Muddy for a Cause
The Dirty Girl Mud Run was held in Batavia Saturday, August 29, 2015, part of a national series of events raising money for Bright Pink, a national non-profit focused on the prevention and early detection of breast and ovarian cancer in young women. Open exclusively to women, competitors conquered obstacles on a 5k course and get very muddy in the process.

They dedicated their team run to a friend, Becky Fox of Clarkson, who is currently fighting a reoccurance from Breast Cancer.
