The New York State Fair wrapped up its 2015 run at the State Fairgrounds in Syracuse Labor Day weekend.

The 47th Annual Butter Sculpture at the New York State Fair in Syracuse entitled: “Thanks for the Milk, Moo York!” made of 800 pounds of unsalted butter from O-At-Ka Milk in Batavia. It payed tribute to those in the state who donated 22,000 gallons of milk during the 2014 Great American Milk Drive and was sculpted by Jim Victor and Marie Pelton. The sculpture featured Niagara Falls, the Statue of Liberty and the Carrier Dome.
