Lions District 20 E-1 held its 2015 Fall Conference at The College at Brockport’s Cooper Hall on November 7. Lions District Governor Tim Crawford presented many awards during the program with assistance from Lions International Director Karla Harris from Wisconsin. Lion PDG Neil Newman received the “Robert J. Uplinger Distinguished Service Award” and Hamlin VP Ron Howard received the President’s 4th highest award for services at the local and district level.
