Leading area muralist Rick Muto installed his creation “Portraits from our Past” during the Low Bridge High Water celebration in Brockport May 13. The mural, located on the wooden wall on the west side of Sagawa Park, includes images of people, buildings and objects of significance in Brockport history against a canal theme background.
