Letchworth hosts annual Summer Farewell Festival
Enjoy all beautiful Letchworth State Park has to offer accompanied with a full line-up of musical performances and a spectacular firework display during the park’s annual Summer Farewell Festival on Sunday, September 2.
This year’s festival begins at 3 p.m. at the Highbanks Recreation Area, just inside the Mount Morris entrance. Wildfire takes the stage at 3 p.m., followed by Zac Brown Tribute Band at 6:30 p.m. Clowns will entertain from 5 to 8 p.m., and animal presentations by the Wildlife Educators Coalition will take place from 4 to 8 p.m. Fireworks will light the skies at 9:30 p.m.
Bring the family to relax, swim, and enjoy a day of entertainment at the park, recently voted the best state park in the nation by a national newspaper’s Readers’ Choice poll. Admission to the show is included with the $10 per car park entrance fee. Food concessions will be available.
