Silo Series #2
When I first saw this silo I thought of it as an airport control tower but I knew there was no airport or private landing strip near by. From a relative who lives in that area, I learned that the owner felt it would make a nice party room with a view. It stands on a hill on the west side of Otisco Lake. Since the lake is partially visible from the road, NY Route 174, there is probably a nice view of most of the lake from the top.
Unless there is an elevator inside, preparing for and getting to the party require more than a little effort. Depending on what type of beverages are served, it could also make leaving the party a challenge.
