The Cancer Services Program of the Finger Lakes Region – in conjunction with the Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester, UR Medicine Breast Imaging, Rochester Regional Health Imaging, Susan G. Komen Upstate NY, Borg & Ide Imaging and Elizabeth Wende Breast Care – is offering free breast cancer screenings for uninsured women 40 and older throughout 2019.

•Saturday, April 6, 8 a.m. to noon, Borg & Ide Imaging, Clinton Crossings, 995 Senator Keating Boulevard, Building E, Suite 100, Rochester
•Saturday, May 11, 7:30 to 11 a.m., Elizabeth Wende Breast Care, 170 Sawgrass Drive, Rochester
• Saturday, May 18, 8 to 11 a.m., UR Medicine Breast Imaging, 500 Red Creek Drive, Suite 130, Henrietta
•Saturday, June 8, 8:30 to 11:30 a.m., Rochester Regional Health OB/GYN and Imaging, Bay Creek, 2000 Empire Boulevard, Suite 120, Webster.
Appointments are required, and slots are limited. If interested in a screening, call the Cancer Services Program of the Finger Lakes Region at 585-224-3070 or the individual locations.
Light refreshments will be served and gifts will be given to the first 20 women who receive a mammogram at each event.
Cancer Services Program-Finger Lakes Region, which is managed and facilitated by the Center for Community Health & Prevention of the University of Rochester Medical Center, screened more than 480 individuals for breast, colorectal and cervical cancers in 2018, and is supported by funding from the New York State Department of Health.
