The Hilton Apple Fest invites area residents to enter photos in this year’s photo contest, “In the Garden,” which seeks photographs that highlight the natural beauty of gardens in all their shapes, themes, colors, sizes and forms. From flowers to veggies and everything in between, take a quiet look at your garden, discover and capture all the scenes that emerge.
Photographers of all ages are encouraged to embrace their creativity and think about unique people, places, plants and things that make up a garden.
Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place based on Kid’s, Teen and Adult divisions. The winning entries will each receive an award ribbon, cash prize and be featured online. All entries will be on display at the Hilton Apple Fest on Saturday, October 5 and Sunday, October 6, then at the Parma Public Library throughout the month of November.
Entries may be submitted at the Parma Public Library, the Hilton Family Pharmacy or mailed to Hilton Apple Fest Photo Contest, PO Box 1, Hilton, NY 14468. All submissions must be received by Friday, September 27.
Entry fees may apply and proceeds help support donations made throughout the Hilton community.
