Tom Venniro has been nominated for Rochester Business Journal 2020 Forty Under 40 Awards, which recognizes those under age 40 who are excelling professionally and making significant contributions in the community. Tom has served as Parks and Recreation Director for the Town of Parma since 2014, and previously held recreation positions in both Gates and Chili. He has been recognized at the local, state, and national levels for his work, including the National Recreation and Parks Association Robert W. Crawford Young Professional Award in 2013. Tom said, “The key to my success has been a never ending desire to be better at what I do than I was yesterday, regardless of circumstance and situation. I am always learning.” Forty Under 40 awardees will be announced in September.
