The Dog Days of Summer Pet Blessing event at Hilton Baptist Church overcame the rain and wind on June 6 for a day filled with activities, such as a pet blessing from Pastor Dan, adoptable foster dog meet and greets from Rescued Treasures Pet Adoptions, antique appraisals, and a visit from the Monroe County K-9 and Mounted Patrol. This yearly event also features trunk and craft vendors as well as children’s activities.
