Greece Rotarians were introduced to the exciting field of Robotics when members of Greece High Schools Robotics teams visited the Club in February. The students are members of the Greece Gladiators Robotics Team. The mission of the Robotics Club is to give the students a chance to obtain experience working with technology as a team, and to achieve a common goal. The end result is a robot that is taken into competition with teams from throughout the country at the FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) Robotics competition.
Rotarians not only met the students and their coordinator, they also met the Robot in its earliest stage of creation.
