The Greece Regional Chamber of Commerce recently hosted a virtual presentation, Heart Health, with Dr. Alex Eckert, DC, Director of Performance Health of Rochester. The event was organized by the Chamber’s WIN Committee, chaired by A Christina Breen-Hale, State Farm Agent.
Dr. Eckert is Clinic Director Rochester Office of Performance Health of Rochester and Board-Certified Chiropractor. He began his journey in healthcare as a personal trainer which taught him the importance of prevention and helping someone improve their level of physical fitness and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Eckert also teaches anatomy and physiology at Felician University. With Performance Health and Integrated Spine Care, he works to find relief from pain and put patients on a path toward a healthier life.
