On April 1.2021, a ribbon cutting ceremony was held celebrating the opening of BTB Wood Fired Pizza Bar and Grill, located at 134 Greece Ridge Center Drive.
BTB Wood Fired Pizza Bar and Grill is owned by Connie MacLeod. Connie was born and raised in the Town of Greece and actually bought her parent’s house right here in town. She chose to open the restaurant in Greece because she loves this community and wanted to bring another great business to the area. Even as a high schooler, Connie wanted to go into the restaurant business. At Paul Smith’s College, she studied Hotel Restaurant Management and Culinary.
“The Town of Greece is proud to be home to BTB Wood Fired Pizza Bar and Grill. The restaurant is open for dine-in and take- out. Stop by for some of the best wood-fired pizza around,” Greece Town Supervisor Bill Reilich said.
