On May 7, 2021, Ken Preston was sworn in as the new President of the Association of Fire Districts of the State of New York (AFDSNY).
Ken is a 55-year member of the North Greece Fire District, where he served 32 years as commissioner. Previously, he served in the role of president for the Monroe County Fire District Officers Association, as well as the Western New York Law and Legislative Association. Additionally, he served as director of Region 5 in the Association of Fire Districts for the state of New York for 10 years and is a member of the Town of Greece Fire Council.
