You can help us raise funds for the Greece Ecumenical Food Shelf, just by registering for our Grocery Run team (no running necessary). Your entire $25 registration fee, plus bonus funds based on the total proceeds from the event, will come back to the Greece Ecumenical Food Shelf. The larger our team, the more funding our hunger program will receive.
Please recruit friends, family members and church members to register for the Grocery Run and affiliate with our GEFS team! If you know of any college or high school teams or clubs looking for community service or team building, please encourage them to join our team as well!
In-person on Saturday, November 6th, 8:30 am – Participants will begin the fast, flat 5k course at Third Presbyterian Church, head down beautiful East Avenue, across the Genesee, along the Riverway Trail and back. Organizers will follow all CDC guidelines for a safe, outdoor gathering, complete with grab-and-go snacks!
Virtual – Participants can choose any distance to run, bike, walk, swim or stroll – anywhere, anytime between November 5th and 7th. Recruit your friends and family to participate with you, no matter where they live!
