The Kiwanis Club of Greece recently heard from North Greece Fire District Chief, Sam DeRosa, as a guest speaker. Chief DeRosa focused on important topics ranging from the type and number of calls received by the department, current ambulance service, to the consolidation study and taxes.
Kiwanis Club of Greece started a Free Little Library at the Northwest Family YMCA last Fall. It is going extremely well, and we are in need of more children’s books.
Chief Sam DeRosa has allowed us to have a Book Drop-Off location at the Headquarters for North Greece Fire District, Headquarters Station 2 – 1766 Latta Road, Paddy Hill.
Please feel free to drop off children-age appropriate books, ages up to 5-6 years of age, at the NGFD Headquarters.
