A ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the grand opening of Baldieri Café was held on September 22, 2022. The new restaurant, located at 441 Stone Road in the Town of Greece, is owned and operated by Chef Marco Baldieri and his wife, Kathy.
Chef Marco Baldieri is proud to present his authentic family recipes. With imported Italian ingredients, he is pleased to bring you the best flavors of his homeland. Marco is a native of Rome, Italy. He has established restaurants in his native home, along with establishing restaurants in New Castle, England; San Francisco, Los Angeles, Oakdale, California; Scottsdale, Arizona; Seattle, Washington; Las Vegas, Nevada; Salem, Oregon, and now Greece, New York!
The quaint location of Baldieri Café offers dine-in, take-out, drive-thru, and catering. Their hours are Monday – Thursday, 3pm – 8pm and Friday – Saturday, 3pm – 9pm.
