In December, members of the Lakeview Garden Club of Greece planted and decorated a live
evergreen tree on the grounds of the Greece Historical Society and Museum. The tree was donated by Barnes Tree Farm.
Adorned with white lights and edible ornaments, the tree provides beauty to the Historical Society grounds, and nourishment for birds in the area.
The edible ornaments consist of natural flower seed heads, strings of cranberries, sliced citrus
fruits, peanut butter and bird seed filled pinecones. The top of the tree is decorated with a bird house.
