Leather & Lace Concert
The Parma Greece UCC sanctuary will be alive with the music of the popular local country music duo, “Leather & Lace” on Sunday, March 29, at 1 p.m. Leather & Lace is led by Darcy Demmin Colby, accompanied by guitarist Larry Smith. After a joyful afternoon of fan-favorite country and rock songs, refreshments will be served in the church’s Fellowship Hall, where attendees can meet and greet the band. The concert is free and open to the public; however, donations are gratefully accepted to offset expenses. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Hilton Parma Emergency Food Shelf. Parma Greece United Church of Christ is located at 1211 Manitou Road at the Latta Road intersection.

Disney’s Enchanted Pancake Breakfast
Start your morning with a little magic at Greece Parks & Recreation’s Enchanted Pancake Breakfast on Thursday, April 2, at The Center. Guests of all ages are invited to enjoy a whimsical start to the day filled with delicious food, cheerful atmosphere, and classic Disney charm. Pancakes will be served from 9:30 to 11 a.m. The fee is $5 for residents and $10 for non-residents. Registration is required for all attendees. Sign up at greeceparksrec.recdesk.com.

Gates Easter Egg Hunt
Gates Recreation and Parks is holding an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 4, at Total Sport Experience, 880 Elmgrove Road. The event is for children ages eight and under, and participants are asked to arrive by 9:45 a.m. as the hunt will start promptly at 10 a.m. The Easter Bunny will be on hand to greet the children. Egg My Yard Fundraiser
The Greece High School Winterguard will help make your yard more colorful this Easter with their Egg My Yard fundraiser. Pricing is $20 for 30 eggs, $40 for 50 eggs, and $55 for 75 eggs. Orders are due by Monday, March 30, and eggs will be delivered the night before Easter. Sign up at https://tinyurl.com/t3dxusp7. Greece Athena Middle School Presents The Wizard of Oz
Greece Athena Middle School is continuing its time-honored tradition of bringing an outstanding musical theater production to the community. This year, they will perform six shows of The Wizard of Oz, featuring a cast and crew of over 120 middle school students. This exciting, large-scale production will feature a unique blend of singing, spectacular sets, and dynamic choreography to tell the story of Dorothy’s journey along the “yellow brick road” to find that in the end, “there’s no place like home.” Performances are April 17, 18, 24, and 25 at 7 p.m. with 1 p.m. matinees on Saturday at the Greece Performing Arts Center, 800 Long Pond Road. Friends of the Greece Public Library Spring Book Sale
Mark your calendar for the Friends of the Greece Public Library Spring Book Sale on Saturday, April 25, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Lower Level of Buckman’s Plaza, 2590 West Ridge Road. Selections include children’s books, non-fiction, fiction, mystery, adventure, romance, and more. Please bring your own bag.
