Carges will complete 20 years as a councilperson at the end of 2013; twelve as deputy supervisor. He is the IT Director at Brockport Central Schools. Windus-Cook was appointed to the board earlier this year to fill a vacancy. She had previously served on the town board for nine years. Kevin Johnson is seeking his first elected term as justice after being appointed to fill a vacancy. An attorney in private practice, Johnson had previously served on the town board.
The candidates have received cross-endorsements from the Conservative and Independence Parties. The general election will be held on November 5.
