A committee was formed two years ago to discuss the need for traffic control in the community for special events. Since then, all four entities including the Town of Parma, Hilton Central School District, Hilton-Parma Fire District and the Village of Hilton have been working together to form a Special Police Force. On Tuesday, October 11, the team will host an informational night for anyone interested in joining.
For anyone that is at least 21 years of age, come to the Hilton Fire Hall at 7 p.m. to learn about this exciting opportunity to volunteer for your community.
