Riga Recreation, in conjunction with the Monroe County Parks Department, will be participating in the countywide clean up program at Churchville Park. The purpose of this program is to clean up the park from the previous year’s accumulation of trash and debris, to reduce litter from entering our waterways and help to get our park looking great for the coming spring and summer.
This event will take place Saturday, April 14 from 9 a.m. until noon. Registration headquarters is at the Church Lodge (next to the skating rink).
All supplies needed (trash bags, etc.) can be picked up there along with free snacks.
