Fatimat Reid, Joe Morelle and Jeremy Cooney attended the Oktoberfest, sponsored by the Town of Clarkson Democrats, on October 19. An enthusiastic crowd gathered at Griff’s Brewery and Gust of Sun Winery to meet and greet Democratic candidates. Joe Morelle, candidate for 25th Congressional District, previously occupied by Louise Slaughter, was the guest speaker. Attendees included Fatimat Reid, candidate for Monroe County Family Court Judge; Jeremy Cooney, candidate for State Senate; and represented by her sister, Zulekia Shepard, for the second Family Court County Judge opening. The event included a silent auction with gift baskets provided by local merchants.
