The holiday spirit was in full force at the Newman Riga Library in early December. Local musician Steve Valvano visited the library for a song-filled storytime. Joined by some of Churchville’s preschool children, rousing renditions of “Jingle Bells” and “Old MacDonald,” among others, were sung. There was time for a few holiday stories, as well. The next session of the Newman Riga Library’s preschool storytime begins January 29. For information, call the Library at 293-2009.
