The Food Bank of WNY received 20,000 cans of Campbell’s Soup thanks to a donation made on behalf of Campbell’s Chunky Soup and Tops Friendly Markets. For every can of Campbell’s Chunky Soup that a customer purchased at Tops during Family Meals Month, Tops and Campbell’s matched that purchase with a donation of soup for those in need in the community. The donation will be spread out evenly to four food banks including the Food Bank of WNY, Foodlink in Rochester, Food Bank of Central New York in Syracuse, and Food Bank of the Southern Tier.
