Lisa French of Brockport hosted a Fourth of July cookout for family and friends. In attendance were veterans who served during the time of four different wars. Standing (l-r): Jose Rivera of Rochester served in the Army from 1978 to 2000 stationed in Panama, Germany, Korea and Fort Hood; Allan Way of Brockport served in the Navy from 1962 to 1968 aboard an aircraft carrier; Bruce Countryman of Lancaster served in the Navy from 1977 to 1981 on the U.S.S. Peterson. Seated (l-r): Paul Drake of Brockport served from 1969 to 1970 as an Army Ranger in the Vietnam War; Nick DiSanto of Lyons served in the Army from 1953 to 1955 during the Korean War; WWII veteran John Williams of Livonia served in the Navy from 1943 to 1946 in the South Pacific and New Guinea.
