Have you seen all the “Bicycles and Flowers” around Spencerport over the past few months? This beautification project, spearheaded by the Spencerport Rotary Club, has resulted in over two dozen bikes being displayed by businesses and residents around town. The season for displaying the bikes will soon draw to a close, with the bikes stored away until spring arrives.
Painting and decorating a bike would make a great winter project for those wishing to participate next year. There are still free bikes available. The project is open to any Spencerport or Ogden area business, service organization, church, school, non-profit group, youth group, or resident who wishes to be involved.
